Wonderful stay, beyond expectations!

Excellent staff and hospitality right from the moment we walked in the door. The property is very welcoming and has thoughtful touches and fabulous amenities, including complementary snacks and drinks during the stay. We were offered an upgraded room with a balcony view and it was comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. As if this wasn't' enough, we were surprised by the staff who sent us a card and a sweet dessert in celebration of our anniversary. Just an incredible stay all around!

Our only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay.

Great Milan hotel

Helpful and friendly staff always available .Everything very new, clean and well appointed. Our standard double room had everything we needed, it was comfortable and stylish. The bathroom was great with good water pressure. WiFi was reliable. Breakfast had a great choice in comfortable surroundings and you didn't need to specify time in advance. There was a nice patio area with blankets and fire outside or a small lounge area where you could have drinks, including wine and freshly made coffee, and snacks at any point in the day included in your room rate. There is even a daytime and evening light buffet available for no extra charge. We couldn't have asked for more, very happy to recommend!

Some city noise at night, but to be expected in central Milan. Approx 15 mins walk to train station and 25 mins to Duomo. Fine if you are happy to walk but not most central area.

the staff is excellent. The cleanliness of the room. The room is not outdated.

Unclear balcony under the window which I don't have access to, but some do. and at night someone goes out for a smoke break or walks by or something. The room is a bit cramped but tolerable.

Excellent Stay

I liked everything at this Hotel. Good position close to metro station, tram and main train station . The food was very good and you have many snacks , drinks included . The room was very clean even do is quite small . I strongly recommended this hotel as I was quite impressed about the quality of services offered !

Excellent location, comfy rooms. very good breakfast, smiling and helpful staff

We are very impressed by the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are cosy and comfy. The staff is amazing, accommodating, and always with a smile! Antonella is the lady who makes amazing homemade cakes for breakfast. We have been at the hotel for 3 days but it felt a lot like home.

Boutique hotel in central Milan? Look no further!

Everything was truly amazing! The room is clean, nice view from the balcony, you can stream your apps to the tv, breakfast buffet is good, but then also a free lunch and dinner buffet (don’t expect too much but just the mere fact that you can pretty much eat all day long is very nice!), staff is very friendly, and the location is just excellent (right next to the metro and suburban rail).

The room got warm very quickly, even without any heating. We just opened the window every night.

Absolutely amazing

Excellent concept. In addition to the bed, bathroom, service, and other essentials being great, there were many pluses. The idea of making the mini bar free and the round the clock food and coffee offering is very well though. It provides a lot of value as it is so convenient (and the food is excellent). Saves a lot of time and it's great to not be charged a lot just because one needs to drink something without leaving the hotel.

The location is fine but it is a walk to the attractions, and not something that can be changed. Would still pick this over a hotel near the Duomo because it is so good.

Wonderful

Modern, clean, good staff.

Just some things to improve in the future. Water when you shower goes from hot to cod, from cold to hot all the time. Cleaning lady came early in the mornin and knocked at the door at 8.30 a clock, this is not good.

Great hotel, welcoming and helpful staff!

Great perks-free coffee and beverages all day, Prosecco welcome, aperitivi/apericena in evening, Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff!

Odd key entry which I could not figure out though there’s 24 hour front desk to assist. I think also the dishwashing process needs attention.

Very nice and clean

We liked the hotel very much. What’s important it’s extremely clean, even the remote control was in a hygienic wrap. The location was very convenient as well, just between the central train station and city center, within the walking distance to everything, the metro station is just next door. The receptionist on our check-in day was an extremely nice guy, very helpful and friendly (i think Nicola). The mini bar is free of charge, plus the hotel offers free food and drinks all day long.

Fabulous service and attention to the guests

Exceptional. Besides of minibar, available 24h (most of reviews cover that), the hotel has unbeatable sense of servicing its guests, e.g., I was offered some snacks, even considering late arrival at midnight. Very polite communication. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are brand new, at least that was the case for mine. Location is also great, as you have metro station right around the corner, linking you with Duomo, Brera and other neighbourhoods to explore. Breakfasts are awesome: several types of eggs offered, freshly squeezed juices and so on. Thanks for you kind attention, guys, I really appreciated it!

The only small con are thin walls, when you can literally hear neighbours speaking and street noise, but that is not hotel can impact on, obviously.

Wonderful

This hotel was mostly great for me. Close to the central train station and very walkable to sites all over the city. The free happy hours definitely were a bonus

My only issue was the last 2 days I woke up to no hot water for most of the day. The hotel was apologetic and did give a very small refund back (less than $70) I would have given this place a 10 but this 2 things did not allow me.

Clean, comfortable, modern with a perfect location

Friendly welcoming staff Clean and modern Complementary sip and savor menu at lunch at dinner times. Also drinks and mini bar in room. Compact room but comfortable Location, near a metro station and only 15 minute walk to central station. Comfortable bed and pillow Complementary toiletries were good quality Good quality towels and size Fridge, kettle and coffee machine in room

The shower- very compact. Constantly flooded no matter how careful you were. No hot water at 5am for a shower on the day of departure.
